You will be given our complete attention at the time of your appointment, a time which has been reserved especially for you. Changes in scheduled appointments are sometimes unavoidable but do affect many other patients care. If such a situation should arise, we request that you provide us with change or cancellation notice greater than 24 hours from the time of the scheduled appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee charged to your account.

Periodic oral examinations and dental cleanings are essential to maintain your optimum oral health. We request that our patients follow through with good homecare as well as maintaining regularly scheduled exams and cleanings to avoid problems with pain, swelling, or infection..


Our sterilization procedures meet and exceed all state and federal guidelines and standards for the American Dental Association. Each handpiece and all instruments are sterilized for your protection. We invite you to ask any questions or tour our office if you have any questions regarding our aseptic techniques.


We request that payments be made at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and financing options available through Norwest Financial. Our financial coordinator will do their best to help you receive the treatment and care you deserve. If you do have dental insurance, we will strive to see that you receive the maximum use of your insurance benefits under the terms and limitations of your policy. We will supply you with all the necessary forms and documents after completion of each procedure so that your insurance company can directly reimburse you for your treatments in our office.
